Jim Gallagher is currently Executive Vice President - Retail Branch Operations, Nationstar Mortgage, formerly known as Centex Home Equity. He was promoted to his current position in September 2005.



Mr. Gallagher is responsible for the overall management for Retail Branch operations, including management, budgeting and forecasting, and the daily activities of the production teams.



Mr. Gallagher has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a loan officer with Ford Consumer Finance in 1989 and was promoted to District Manager in 1991. He held various management positions with Ford Consumer Finance until 1997 when he joined Nationstar Mortgage. Jim was hired at Nationstar Mortgage as the Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region and was promoted to Senior Vice President of the East Division in 1999, a position he held for 4 years. In 2004, Jim's responsibilities transitioned to focus on the overall operations of Retail Sales. He continued this role until March 2005 when he became the Senior Vice President of Nationstar Mortgage's Direct Sales division.



Mr. Gallagher graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
