Jim Gerace is vice president - corporate communications for Verizon Wireless, with responsibility for national media relations, community relations, and employee communications. He also serves as the company�s chief news media spokesman. Gerace began his wireless communications career with NYNEX Mobile Communications in 1986 as manager of employee communications. At NYNEX Mobile, he held a variety of communications positions, and was named director of public relations in 1991.
