Began his career in Human Resources in Greensboro, NC. Has been been involved in selection, training, safety environmental services,employment, industrial and labor relations, succession planning and business development. Kemper has had position responsibility for policy formation, introduction, development and enforcement. He received his B.S. degree from Roanoke College in Salem, VA and studied at Wake Forest University for his MBA. He is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management and a Director for the North Carolina State Council of SHRM. |
