Jim is responsible for Merry Maids' marketing strategy and overall brand development efforts. Jim brings a unique mix of marketing experience to Merry Maids. His 25-year marketing career includes stints with advertising agencies in the Boston area where he worked in a variety of business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients. Then he worked in marketing for some of the most well-known restaurant franchise organizations. Most recently, Jim served as a regional marketing director for Wendy's International, Inc. Jim has proven his ability to work with franchise owners to respect their needs and rights as small-business owners, while still focusing on building brand awareness and consistency. "My role is to build strong relationships with franchise owners, as well as with other internal and external business partners to continue to drive profitable sales and build a world-class brand," Jim says. Jim, originally from Maine, is a graduate of State University of New York, where he was raised. He also earned a master's degree from Emerson College in Boston. |
