Jim Lutz is senior vice president in charge of all development for Liberty in the United States and United Kingdom. Mr. Lutz joined Liberty's predecessor Rouse & Associates in 1980 as a director of development. In 1988 he was asked to start Liberty's United Kingdom office in Kent County to develop a 650-acre mixed-use office residential and recreational park. Returning to Home office in 1993 he went on to oversee many significant developments including the Eastman-Kodak pharmaceutical operation General Electric's Semi-Conductor manufacturing facility GMAC's Corporate Headquarters SmithKline's U.S. Pharmaceutical Headquarters PNC Bank's Philadelphia Operation Center and 1 000 000sf of offices for the Vanguard Group. Prior to joining Liberty he worked in development with the Heritage Company.
Mr. Lutz is on the Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC). He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business from the University of Rhode Island. |
