Most recently, Jim was a Partner at Accenture within the Communications & High Tech practice since he joined in 1988. Jim participated in multiple communication company client engagements during his career delivering business value through management of large scale systems integration and business transformation programs in customer care, order management, service provisioning and operations. Jim's recent client engagements include managing a nationwide VoIP deployment for a large NA cable company, leading the delivery of a large NA CLEC ordering system and self-service web ordering applications that enabled the business to add 6 million subscribers and grow to a $2.25 billion business. Jim graduated from Columbia University School of Engineering with a BS degree in Computer Science. |
