Mr. McMurphy joined Innotrac in April of 2003 and is responsible for all technology for the company and its clients. Prior to joining Innotrac, he was employed by Capital One in Richmond where he served as CIO for one of their divisions. Mr. McMurphy also served as CIO for Pleasant Company (makers of American Girl Dolls), a division of Mattel Toys. At Pleasant Company, Jim led the IT department for this $350 million company. He developed and executed an IT strategy that upgraded their technical and application architectures, managed the budget and increased the effectiveness of IT spending with improvements in productivity. He has extensive experience in IT as it relates to fulfillment and logistics (including OMS and WMS systems) along with call center applications. In addition, he has prior experience as a consultant for Price Waterhouse. |
