Jim joined Taconic as a Regional Manager in August of 2005. He works with and provides back up support to Area Technical Representatives in Northern California, Washington, Oregon, the Mid-west (IL, MN, WI, & IN), and select large accounts. Jim has a bachelor's degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Prior to coming to Taconic Jim spent five years as a Regional Manager in the analytical chemistry industry (Dionex) and five years as a representative in the human diagnostic (Helena Laboratories) and analytical chemistry industries. Jim's experience in providing clients a solution-based approach to their needs spans the pharmaceutical, bio-technology, academic, high technology, energy, and environmental markets. Jim, his wife Colleen, and their son and daughter live in Davis, California and enjoy participating in sport activities and travel.
