Jim Perakis was formerly chairman and CEO of Hyperion Software and is currently chairman of Netkey Inc., a privately-held provider of self-service and digital merchandising software. He joined Hyperion, a provider of financial management and planning software, as CEO in 1985 and led the company as it grew from approximately $1 million in revenue to $295 million in 1998.

Mr. Perakis is also on the boards of Unica Corporation (NASDAQ: UNCA), a leader in enterprise marketing management software, Mobius Management Systems (NASDAQ: MOBI), a provider of document management software, privately held Sparta Systems, providing enterprise quality management software to the life sciences industry, and Vurv Technology, a leader in human capital management software.
