As chief operating officer, Jim is responsible for operations and new business development across all offices.
Prior to joining Digitas in 2001, Jim was executive vice president, director of Business Strategy at Wunderman Cato Johnson, Young & Rubicam's direct marketing division. There, he led global client relationships for Citigroup, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Sony, in addition to overseeing new business development and agency financial management.
Jim holds a B.A. in economics from Trinity College, and a Masters of Management from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he concentrated in marketing and strategic planning.
