Jim Schreier is a professional trainer and management consultant. His experience in management training and human resource consulting includes 27 years of teaching to managers and professionals in a variety of settings. He has extensive experience working with manufacturing, banking, service, entertainment, and non-profit companies. He has worked throughout the United States and in several international settings. Jim is a certified POWER Partner, trained in the POWER Hiring system by Lou Adler, author of Hire With Your Head A Rational Way to Make Gut Decisions.

Schreier has a Ph.D. in Education, an MBA, and a Bachelor�s Degree in Human Resources Management and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management. He is professionally certified in a number of other management development programs, including Edward de Bono�s Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking, the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency from Training House, and Tom Crum�s Magic of Conflict. He is an Associate Consultant with Human Synergistics and works extensively with their Organizational Culture Inventory, Organizational Effectiveness Inventory, Leadership Impact, and Life Styles Inventories.
