Jim has a background in the areas of both Executive Recruitment and Manufacturing Operations. He spent the past 4-years as an Executive Recruiter with Management Recruiters International focusing in the areas of Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Management. He has recruited for and placed key executives with both local and national clients having developed long-term relationships with a number of A-level organizations. Prior to his career in executive recruiting, Jim spent over 30-years in the areas of Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Management working for a number of major US manufacturers mainly in the Lighting Industry. He also served as Vice President of Manufacturing for a major Wisconsin lighting fixture manufacturer. Additionally, Jim acquired significant international business experience having spent 11-years in Mexico as Manager of Mexican Operations for a major manufacturer of lighting fixtures, ballasts and transformers. Jim has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering
