Jim Spicer is vice president of Business Operations and acting president of SimplexGrinnell the centerpiece of Tyco�s Fire Protection Services group of businesses. SimplexGrinnell is a leading provider of fire detection and alarm fire sprinkler fire suppression and integrated security systems and services. Jim has had a long successful career with Simplex and SimplexGrinnell occupying various corporate marketing regional management and senior leadership positions. Since 2004 he has filled key senior management roles first as vice president of Field Operations and currently as vice president of Business Operations. In this position Jim provides executive leadership to streamline business operations accelerate organic growth and drive SimplexGrinnell�s key business strategies. During his 17 years with the company he has also served in critical field management roles including two region management positions and vice president of North Central Operations. In 2005 Jim earned the prestigious Tyco Chairman�s Award from chairman and chief executive officer Ed Breen for his outstanding career and impressive array of accomplishments with Tyco. |
