Jim manages Green Street's analytical research team covering the retail and health care property sectors. He has served as a Senior REIT analyst since 1994 and most recently managed the office and industrial research team. Jim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a recipient of Realty Stock Review's Outstanding Analyst award, and was named an All-Star REIT Analyst by the Wall Street Journal in 1999. His 22 years of industry experience includes providing financing for REITs, publicly traded homebuilders, and private real estate companies as a Vice President at Bank of America and Chemical Bank. Jim earned his M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Columbia University and B.A. in Economics from Duke University. |
