Jim Sweeney is responsible for all solution delivery projects and maintaining positive client
relationships across the entire delivery process, ensuring that services delivered by Sengen
are in sync with client�s business initiatives.
When Sengen was known as Bluestone Consulting, Sweeney had served as a regional practice
manager for the New Jersey corporate office and was heavily involved in all aspects of sales,
recruiting and the delivery processes. He played a lead role in establishing partnerships and business
relationships within the region as well as defining the methodology to meet deliverable commitments
to clients. During that time, he also used his consulting abilities with such clients as Citicorp, Open
Environment Corporation and United Defense/FMC Corporation.
At previous companies, Sweeney has worked with such companies at Bell Atlantic, CIGNA, and
RCA Corporation in systems management and design roles. As the director of in e-business at
Vis.align LLC (formerly Forte Systems), he was able to build a strong engineering team that
generated an annual revenue stream of $11 million.
Sweeney holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Drexel
University, and a MBA from LaSalle University, with a concentration in Management of Information
Systems and Finance. |
