Jim Talarek has over 20 years of supply chain consulting and professional services experience. With an emphasis in developing and implementing pragmatic operating strategies that balance supply chain cost, service, and risk, he has applied his experiences across a diverse set of industries including consumer products, grocery, retail, steel, high tech, construction products, transportation, and 3PL. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Talarek served as a partner at Mercer Management Consulting, a practice leader at both Marsh Risk Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held executive positions with Ryder Integrated Logistics and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Talarek holds a BA in Economics and Computer studies from Northwestern University, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and education seminars. |
