Our staff is dedicated to working with the best eye care providers throughout the United States, to ensure this goal is realized. Jim joined MSS in 2000 as Vice President and General Manager. He has been responsible for leading the staff through the successful transition to a publicly traded company and subsidiary of TLC Vision Corporation. In 2003, Jim was promoted to MSS President. Under Jim�s leadership, MSS has become the largest cataract outsourcing company in the United States. The number of procedures performed each year has nearly tripled since his tenure began and continues to rise with acquisitions and the implementation of new growth strategies. Jim received his BA from Arizona State University in 1979 and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1993. He has held various management positions during his fourteen years in the ophthalmic industry at companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Storz and LVCI. He is a father of 2 teenage children and enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting in his spare time. |
