Mr. Coulson is 73 and has been a director of the Bank since its incorporation on May 26, 1989. He has been a director of the Company since March 30, 1992. Mr. Coulson�s current term as director will expire at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held in 2008. During the past five years, Mr. Coulson has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Coeur d�Alenes Company, a steel service center and fabrication facility located in Spokane, Washington. |
