Jimmy Fitzgerald is Senior Vice President of Services at SignalDemand. As a member of the company�s executive management team, Mr. Fitzgerald is responsible for driving services and support across every aspect of the SignalDemand customer experience. Prior to SignalDemand, Mr. Fitzgerald was responsible for all customer management functions across Oracle Customer Services on a global basis. His background also includes global services leadership roles at Siebel in addition to leadership positions in both the EMEA and Asia Pacific divisions. Prior to joining Siebel, Mr. Fitzgerald has held services management positions at Shell, IBM Consulting, and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Fitzgerald received a business degree from University College Cork and an MBA from Helsinki School of Economics.
