Trend Micro, In the Matter of Certain Systems for Detecting and Removing Viruses, ITC Section 337 Investigation. Successful representation of Complainant Trend Micro in a patent infringement action against Respondent Fortinet, Inc. Commission found a violation and issued cease-and-desist and limited exclusion orders.
Linear Technology, In the Matter of Certain Voltage Regulator Circuits, ITC Section 337 Investigation. Successful representation of Complainant Linear Technology in a patent infringement action against Respondent Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. Parties reached settlement days before trial after agreeing to a consent order against all accused products.
Creative Labs, Audio MPEG, Inc. et al. v. Creative Labs, Inc. et al. Successfully defended Creative in a patent infringement action, resulting in a worldwide settlement.
