Jean Bae is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm�s New York office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
During law school, Jean served as a legal intern for the U.N. International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, conducting research, writing bench memoranda, analyzing legislation, and drafting decisions on motions. She has also researched legal issues for the Harvard Human Rights Program and served as general editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.
Prior to law school, Jean was an international networking coordinator for the Citizens� Movement for Environmental Justice in Seoul, Korea. As an undergraduate, she was an intern at a major law firm in Seoul.
Jean is admitted to practice in New York.
