Jindrich Hampl has spent his entire career in the radar surveillance industry. He is the architect behind ERA�s manufacturing capabilities and currently holds the position of Vice President of Production Services. His expertise has helped Era establish a strong reputation for quality and reliability for the on-time delivery of systems. His career began at Tesla, a major Czech manufacturer of active and passive radars, where he worked as an independent research engineer. Not long after his career began, he moved into manufacturing and became a production manager. He was responsible for manufacturing Ramona and Tamara, the predecessors of Era�s current military system, Vera. Throughout the 15+ years Mr. Hampl spent in this position, he became familiar with all aspects associated with the manufacturing of complex, high technology systems. In 1996, he joined ERA as a project manager. Then, in 2000, Mr. Hampl was appointed the production manager responsible for the manufacturing of both military and civilian passive surveillance systems. Mr. Hampl is a graduate of Czech Technical University in Prague. |
