Mr. Minami is a senior consultant with Signium International Tokyo office.

He has experienced a variety of business career since 1968 to 2004 for more than 35 years, including the Japanese Bank (Sanwa for 7 years) involved in loan, sales & foreign exchange jobs, a high-tech US company (Raychem for 7 years) as a sales manager and another US firm of IT related office computer manufacture (JDL for 10 years) as director of general administration. After that, as a president, he managed 2 corporations of civil aviation and Telephone service and system areas, one of which was his own company. Since 1999, he became interested in and put an emphasis on human management business thus he joined DBM, an outplacement service company, and very recently started his career as a search consultant with Signium Tokyo office.

He has a variety of sales, marketing and management skills and experience as well as rich knowledge of IT technology. He will take an initiative of search practices in general industry though his main emphasis will be placed on IT, high-tech, engineering, and manufacturing and its related industries.

Mr. Minami holds a BA degree in Commerce from Waseda University in Tokyo, and certified degree in Marketing from Waseda Business School in Tokyo.
