With 25 years of experience in post-secondary education, Jo Hillman is a strong catalyst for creating a quality service culture on campus. She coordinates the sales of several Noel-Levitz service improvement products, including Connections, Advanced Connections, and Mastering Performance Reviews. Ms. Hillman specializes in training, curriculum development, management, and team-building.
Ms. Hillman is also president of Hillman Associates, a private sector consultation firm specializing in quality improvement and staff productivity.Ms. Hillman brings a unique and broad understanding of the higher education environment, having served a variety of institutions across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. Her clients have included such institutions as the University of Guam, Marian College (WI), West Virginia University Parkersburg, South African Technical College, and Illinois Eastern Community College.
During her career, Ms. Hillman has conducted training programs for campus personnel, including managers, supervisors, staff, faculty, board members, and campus executives. She has received awards for excellence in teaching and enhancing quality.
Ms. Hillman attended the University of Wisconsin and has received advanced training in quality improvement processes. |
