Jo Ann has a strong background in Business Operations and Project Management. Prior to joining WorldDoc Jo Ann served as a Sr Project Manager and Enterprise Business Systems Administrator for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, the largest privately owned Pharmacy Benefit Management Company. Prior to joining the healthcare industry Jo Ann held a variety of roles in the Banking and Casino industries including Director of Project Management, V.P. of Change Management Support, Manager of Customer Service, and Director of Management Information Systems. Jo Ann s successes include; developing a professional project management organization capable of consistently delivering system projects and implementations on time, within budget and to the customer s satisfaction; selection and implementation of a Time and Attendance Labor Management System, Customer Relationship Management System, Human Resources Management System; and lead the successful implementation of the Human Resource systems for Bellagio, Las Vegas, NV and Beau Rivage, Biloxi, MS |
