Joan Schuller joined Rohm and Haas in 1993 as a Project Engineer in the company's Engineering Division. She went on to hold positions of increasing responsibility including Rohm and Haas Asia-Pacific Region General Manager, Plastics Additives; Sales Manager, AFC Eastern North America, Global Director, Paint Quality Institute, and Project Manager, Landskrona Plant Expansion
Ms. Schuller began her current role at Rohm and Haas as General Manager, Packaging and Building Materials, Asia-Pacific (outside India). In this capacity she has the responsibility and resources to develop the right strategy and the right business model to ensure a sustainable, profitable financial performance, and to develop and retain talent. She was appointed a Vice President in September 2007.
Ms. Schuller earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1993 and MBA in Finance from Temple University in 1999.
She and her family reside in Singapore. |
