Joan Holley joined Austin Group International in 1993 as a recruiter. In addition to her recruiting role, Joan became responsible for major account management, internal recruiting and hiring, and all training functions. For ten years after earning her Masters degree, Joan was a top performer in high-tech capital equipment sales, telecommunications sales, and executive search. In 2004 Joan acquired Austin Group International and changed its name to AGI Search. She now works with a selected group of research personnel finding the most qualified candidates for the firm's clients. |
