For over fifteen years, Joan Schlachter ([email protected]) has supported a variety of executive search clients with tenacious research and a commitment to excellence.

Joan spent over a decade as a senior researcher in the Atlanta and Philadelphia offices of Heidrick & Struggles. She has long had a special passion for the not-for-profit sector, and her most recent service before joining BoardWalk in 2006 was with clients in the healthcare arena.

Joan holds Master�s and Bachelor�s degrees in Social Work from the University of Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, the arts and the other amenities that Atlanta has to offer.

Joan's also one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
