Joan Sullivan partners with clinical operational leaders to develop and implement strategies to optimize efficient work flow and safe, high quality patient care through re-engineering work processes and leveraging clinical information technology tools. She has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in health care. Ms. Sullivan has been associated with Baystate Health for 10 years, formerly serving as Vice President of Ambulatory Services. Ms. Sullivan has a Master Degree in Business Administration from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Lowell in Lowell, MA. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and achieved certifications in Health Information Technology (CPHIT); Electronic Health Record (CPEHR) and Practice Management (CPM). Ms. Sullivan earned a Quality Improvement instructor certificate from Crosby Quality College. |
