Joanne Wills is a partner in the Litigation and Insolvency Departments, residing in the firm's Wilmington, Delaware office. She concentrates her practice on bankruptcy, reorganizations and workouts, intercreditor relationships, banking and commercial lending matters including loan restructuring and debtor-in-possession financing, primarily representing creditors, creditors' committees, debtors, asset purchasers, institutional lenders, lenders groups and liquidation trusts. In addition, Ms. Wills litigates complex commercial and corporate matters in federal and state courts.
Ms. Wills is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Law Sections and the American Bar Association.
