Experience
Ms. Dicus has an active litigation practice and has tried cases to verdict in jurisdictions throughout the State of Maryland. Her practice includes the defense of products liability, premises liability, construction defect, and vehicular negligence claims in both state and federal court. Ms. Dicus has significant experience representing and providing advice to charitable organizations, municipalities, volunteer fire and rescue companies, schools and day care centers. She represents insurance companies and their insureds in the defense of liability claims.
Ms. Dicus achieved an A/V� rating from Martindale Hubbell�, the highest possible peer review rating for ethics and legal ability.
