JoAnne Mathis joined Mohr Partners as Senior Portfolio Account Manager in 2003, managing the corporate real estate needs for Renal Care Group, Inc., a specialized dialysis services company that provides care to patients with kidney disease, serving over 30,000 patients at more than 415 outpatient dialysis facilities. JoAnne�s hands-on, common sense approach and experience in corporate real estate supports Mohr�s ability to provide superior corporate real estate services at a national level. JoAnne currently handles accounts for IES (Integrated Electrical Systems), Lamar, and TLC (a subsidiary of Lamar). Prior to joining Mohr, JoAnne was employed by Willis North America, Inc., formerly Corroon and Black, an international insurance broker firm, where she advanced to Director of Real Estate for North America. She managed more than 2,000,000 square feet of Class A office space throughout the U.S. and Canada. While at Willis, JoAnne concentrated on (1) occupancy cost reduction, (2) creation of business plan procedures, and (3) development of business standards for project management. JoAnne successfully reduced occupancy costs from over 13% to 4% through implementation of space standards and building criteria. JoAnne was a Property Manager with Duke Associates before joining Willis. Instrumental in Duke�s successful entrance into the Nashville market, she served as Commercial Property Manager and interim leasing broker and project manager for office and flex/industrial developments. She was responsible for managing the real estate asset management functions for over 600,000 square feet of commercial office space and the coordination of all project management activities.Her career in Real Estate began with Frank L. Smith Company, now part of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker network, with emphasis on leasing/sales/management in a number of office/industrial parks throughout the greater Nashville area for national institutional ownerships.JoAnne is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee at Nashville (now Tennessee State University) where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and other states, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR). She is also a certified Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM�), as presented from NAR. |
