Began distinguished career over 30 years ago as an attorney at Streich Lang where he founded and headed the Corporate/Securities Law Practice Group. Other previous positions include President of StockVal Inc. (sold to Automatic Data Processing) a SEC registered investment advisor and CEO of Rainbow Multimedia Group Inc. (sold to THQ Inc.) a digital entertainment producer.
Currently Lead Trustee Valuation Committee Chair and Executive Committee member of the over 60 mutual funds comprising the ING Funds and GCG Funds groups. Total assets under management of such groups exceed $30 billion.
Serves as Lead Director of Hypercom Inc. and a Director of ASARCO Incorporated. Has also served on the boards of a number of public and private companies including America West Airlines Inc.
