JoDee Curtis is the director of Human Resources for Katz, Sapper & Miller and has been working in the accounting and human resources fields for over 20 years. JoDee heads up all human resource efforts for KSM including internal recruiting, benefits, performance management and training. She has extensive training experience in teaching courses on performance development, orientation to a new environment, benefits, coaching and mentoring; providing feedback; and behavior-based interviewing. Additionally, she oversees KSM�s Client Hiring Services, assisting clients in placing qualified accounting personnel. JoDee is chair of KSM�s Wellness, Recruiting, Mentoring, and Women�s Initiative committees, and is also a member of the firm�s Utilization and Continuing Education Committees.
Education:
JoDee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
Associations and Community Involvement:
JoDee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and World at Work. She serves on the board of directors of Quest for Excellence, the Human Resources Association of Central Indiana, the IWIN Foundation and the Carmel Library Foundation. JoDee is also on the Ivy Tech Accounting Program Advisory Council and a member of Lacy Leadership Association. |
