Jodie Green brings more than 20 years of extensive and diversified experience in content and marketing initiatives, audience and brand development, project management, and start-ups and repositioning for online and print products.
Green is a highly skilled Web strategist with a proficiency in strategic-relationship development, search engine optimization and usability. Green has successfully implemented Web site content development, usability, retooling, repositioning and service offerings for a number of Web sites, including those for Pfizer and Novartis pharmaceutical companies, the HealthScout Network (www.healthscout.com), and the American Arbitration Association (www.adr.org), the world's largest provider of conflict management services. Green is a co-inventor of Web site functionality for the AAA site's e-commerce dispute resolution process, and she is registered as such with the U.S. Patent Office.
Green most recently worked with PECO Energy's Economic Development Department and its consortium of regional corporate sponsors on the development and launch of www.positivelyphiladelphia.com, an initiative to bring companies and jobs to the Greater Philadelphia region.
Additionally, Green has retooled, repositioned and served as a top editor at a number of national and regional magazines and other print products, both corporate and consumer, including Philadelphia Magazine, Success Magazine (for entrepreneurs), Working at Home magazine, the Mayo Clinic Health Information Series (books), US Weekly (the country's fastest-growing entertainment news magazine), Maxim (the leading men's magazine); Men's Health's new publication, Best Life; and User Experience, the magazine of the Usability Professionals' Association (a leading organization on usable design information for the development of Web sites and other products).
While at Philadelphia Magazine, Green founded and ran the company's highly profitable custom publishing division. As editorial director, she created numerous publications for both newsstand and single-sponsored custom publishing venues, including those for the Philadelphia Convention & Visitor's Bureau, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and then-Graduate Healthcare System (now Tenet). Green has also authored a medical book for Barnes & Noble's Silver Lining imprint and is a contributor to Health magazine. She began her career at the Philadelphia Inquirer. |
