Jody J. Sitkoski, Senior Vice President, age 44, joined the Company in January, 2003, after five years of providing consulting assistance to the Company in his capacity as an original stockholder of MR3, Inc. the predecessor to MR3 Systems, Inc. Mr. Sitkoski brings to the Company over 20 years of hands on business experience in mining facilities construction and maintenance; coal and nuclear power plant construction; and environmental technology processes including electro coagulation systems, UV, ozone, EC Fuel for municipal waste water & drinking water system cleaning, landfill leaching, industrial waste water (metal laden water) and precious metal & rare earth mine processes for metals extraction and the purification of mining concentrates. Mr. Sitkoski also has extensive experience in real estate management, development and financial analysis. Besides the United States, he has negotiated and closed business transactions with foreign investors from Asia, the Middle East, Russia, Poland, India, France, England, Canada and Central and South America. |
