Jody K. Goldman has significant experience managing litigation, forensic accounting, and valuation engagements for a wide variety of clients. She has provided investigative accounting services to numerous clients, both publicly and privately held, in the retail, service, and manufacturing industries. Ms. Goldman has also assisted legal counsel in analyzing various financial and valuation issues in support of shareholder and contract disputes. Additionally, she performs and supervises business enterprise valuations of privately held companies for merger and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, corporate restructurings, employee stock ownership plans, noncompetition agreements, and litigation matters. Ms. Goldman has 17 years of financial advisory experience serving public and privately held companies. Some of the subjects that she has consulted on include business valuations, insolvency analyses, breach of contract, damages assessment, lost earnings, lost profits, trade secret and infringement matters, fraud and forensic investigation, and arbitration. |
