Jody has developed marketing materials for Michael P. Kahn & Associates' seller clients since 1989. She also heads most of the assignments in which MPKA represents buyers, providing market research support and identifying and screening prospects. Formerly a banking and finance professional, Jody is now recognized as a top consultant in business plan development for homebuilders and developers, and a preferred source for market research support. Jody's background also includes consulting in project feasibility review, highest and best use analysis, competitive analysis, appraisal and valuation of real estate, litigation support, and market research and analysis of statistics. Prior to joining Michael P. Kahn & Associates, Jody was employed as a Loan Analyst by H.D. McNee Realty Advisors and La Jolla Realty Capital, La Jolla Bancorp's pension fund advisor and mortgage brokerage subsidiaries. She also has served as Director of Information Services for Baca Publications, Inc., a Houston based publisher of real estate reports, and as Vice President for REbase, Inc., a commercial real estate information service and brokerage operation in Houston, Texas. Jody received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with Honors, from the University of Houston and substantially completed a Masters in Business Administration in Finance at the same university. |
