As Chief Financial Officer for iSuppli, Joe is responsible for the finance, legal and IT departments including the accounting systems and controls of the company. He is involved in the strategic and tactical planning at iSuppli is tasked with goals, achievement and monitoring. Joe is also responsible for making sure the company takes advantage of financial opportunities that will enhance and strengthen our market position in the industry.
Joe comes to iSuppli with over 25 years of experience in technology-related industries and has been the Chief Financial Officer for three publicly-held companies. He is experienced in managing the financial controls and opportunities for rapidly-growing companies such as iSuppli. Prior to joining iSuppli, Joe served as CFO for Sorrento Networks Corporation, a manufacturer of intelligent optical network systems. Joe also served as CFO for State of the Art, a leading developer and manufacturer of accounting systems software. He was a key member of State of the Art�s executive team that took the company from start-up to a publicly-held Nasdaq company which was selected by BusinessWeek and Forbes as one of the fastest-growing and best-managed companies in America.
Joe attended Utah State University where he earned Bachelors of Science degree in Operations Research and a Masters Degree in Business and Accounting. He serves on the university�s Advisory Board for the School of Business. Joe earned his CPA credentials in the State of California while working as a public accountant. |
