Joe Bardenheier's duties include the management of mergers and acquisitions, investment banking relationships, and other strategic initiatives. Joe has a long history in merger and acquisitions over his 15 years of experience while building and operating companies with tremendous success in rapidly implementing marketing, sales and acquisition strategies for product and service firms alike.
Prior to joining Endurance International, Joe was a Co-Founder, President and CEO of The Gavin Group, an international apparel company that was successfully sold to a publicly traded firm in 1992. Mr. Bardenheier was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Vanguard Sailboats, the largest manufacturer by volume of sailboats in the world where he was involved in the acquisition of a larger competitor. Joe was a Senior Consultant with Ernst and Young LLP and most recently he was the Co-Founder of WebOnTap, which was acquired by the Endurance International Group in 2000. Joe holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. |
