Joe Bosch was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources in July 2006 and serves as part of the Centex Senior Management Team. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of human resources including HR strategy and policy; talent acquisition, assessment and development; compensation and benefits; and HR deployment processes for the company. Prior to joining Centex, Mr. Bosch served for two years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Tenet�s operations included more than 77,000 employees. Before that, Mr. Bosch served for seven years as Chief People Officer at Dallas-based Pizza Hut Inc., a unit of YUM! Brands Inc. Mr. Bosch also spent nine years at Pepsi-Cola North America in a series of increasingly responsible positions in human resources, culminating in his role as Vice President of Employee Relations for Pepsi-Cola East. In addition, he served in the U.S. Army for three years. Mr. Bosch received a bachelor�s degree from Cornell University. |
