Joe Kochan was previously with Verizon Avenue, the Verizon subsidiary focused on providing bundled communications services to concentrated communities nationwide. He had responsibility for strategic planning and special project management and served as Chief of Staff to Mr. Dunne and Mr. Wallace. He assisted in the development of Verizon's programs in the military family housing, rural, and affordable housing markets. He is a graduate of Princeton University, where he served as student government president and earned a BSE in Chemical Engineering. |
