Joe LaLonde serves as Managing Director of Financial Edge Executive resources for Western New York. Joe has more than 12 years experience recruiting finance and accounting professionals within the New York marketplace.

Prior to joining Financial Edge, Joe served as a Senior Manager of Western New York operations for Robert Half International. In this role Joe had a responsibility for overseeing four offices. Joe has additional experience working in sales and management roles within the consumer products industry.

Joe is a frequent speaker and media source for career management, job search, and industry outlook of local hiring environments in finance and accounting. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Michigan State University. Joe sits on the Board of Directors of the IMA and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Cradle Beach Camp.
