Joining MRI of Cincinnati in 1988, Joe specialized in the placement of manufacturing and engineering talent throughout the Midwest. As a recruiter, it is his firm belief that when he does his job thoroughly, a candidate's interview with the hiring authority is merely a formality. In 1996, Joe was promoted to General Manager of MRI Cincinnati's executive placement group, and has successfully shared his vision with the rest of the staff.
