Hometown: Englewood, Colorado
Education: Graduated high school and attended the Colorado School of Mines.
Experience: I've worked for grocery stores, gas stations, cell phones, cable companies, mortgage companies and even started my own recording studio. I have always come back to customer service though as it seems to be my forte.
Why @ eBags: I like the way the company feels. It is growing but is still considered small. It feels like a family.
Favorite Childhood Trip: I went to Hawaii when I was in 5th grade. I remember getting to sit in first class on the way there due to an airplane error. I have never been that lucky again. Oh and never take a piece of lava from the island.
Other Great Trips: I would recommend a cruise to anyone who wants a luxurious trip and the ability to see different places within a weeks time.
Favorite City: I like Denver the best. Close second would have to be Seattle though.
Favorite eBags Feature: The constant diversity. Every day the site has something new. We may specialize in bags but we carry so much more.
Favorite Product: I haven't had a chance to use any yet so I don't have a favorite. Everyday there is something new on the site though and I have a feeling I'll be getting something soon |
