Joe Nassau, Vice President, Customer Service and Operations, 50, Joe is responsible for leading and managing the Regional Offices (Sales and Field Operations), the Callcenter (Sales, Customer Support and Tech Support), Subscriber Management Support Systems, Training, Dispatch, and Backoffice operations. Joe brings 25 years of experience in Pay-TV and Broadband in a variety of functional and operational management roles. In particular, Joe led and managed the integration, growth and operation of HBO's Satellite TV Call Center and Support Operations in Chicago that supported Sales and Service for over 1 million subscribers. Joe also held key leadership roles in the successful planning, launch, and deployment of Galaxy Latin America's DIRECTV services in Latin America, as well as the highly successful launch of EarthLink's High Speed Internet Service throughout Time Warner Cable's network nationwide. Joe holds a BA in Communications from Fordham University, an MBA in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida, and a Certificate of Telecommunications Management from DePaul University. Joe also served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. |
