Joe Natoli joined Mind Over Machines in 2007 as Director of User Experience. Joe and his team are tasked with ensuring that each element of the user interface is easy and intuitive to use, and that the experience unfolds smoothly in response to people's actions. Previously, Joe was the founder of Natoli Design Group, an award-winning User Experience Design Firm. His 15-year track record of success with Fortune 1000 clients is proof that he understands people what they want, what they need and what they�ll use. Recognized as a thought leader in Interface Design and User Experience, Joe is a well-known speaker on the conference circuit, having presented at the Maryland Technology Showcase, numerous AIGA events and web engineering and design forums around the country. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and The University of Baltimore since 1993. In addition, Joe has written numerous articles about the roles design and technology play in business success for publications such as Fast Company, SmartCEO, The AIGA Journal, HOW, HRLink, Techway, The Baltimore Business Journal and Business Monthly.
