Joe has spent the past eight years as a search consultant working with a variety of clients in diverse industries. The last five years have been with Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West. Joe brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience developing strategies to add talent and achieve organizational goals and successes.

His corporate experience includes over 25 years as a human resource professional in a variety of industries from the plant level to corporate headquarters. His experience encompasses all areas of human resources. Prior to becoming a full-time search consultant, Joe was Vice President of Human Resources and held other senior-level human resources positions for a number of manufacturing organizations.

Joe�s extensive search experience covers the full range of professional, technical, managerial, and executive-level positions. He has been responsible for large-scale staffing assignments of up to 150 people.
