Joe Tedesco is chief executive officer of Architech Corporation, a proven provider of systems design, software development, integration and customer-experience testing. Architech enhances the productivity and financial performance of commercial and government clients by simplifying their Information Technology (IT) environments. Its success in delivering quantifiable ROI for customers is proven: More than 90 percent of Architech's clients have returned for additional business, and 98 percent of systems Architech has built remain in operation.

Joe founded Architech in 1998. Within six months of founding, his company was operating in black ink. Bucking sluggishness in the general economy and the technology sector in particular, Architech experienced impressive, nearly steady annual revenue growth and reached a record high in 2004. In 2005, the company expanded its office space to accommodate 30-percent growth in staff.
At the same time, Joe has created a rewarding, enjoyable workplace; six of the eight original employees remain with Architech today. Employees are encouraged to take part in the life of their community. The company provides tutors to Fairfax County elementary schools and annually supports the March of Dimes Walk-a-Thon.
A former software developer and technical project manager at Sprint, Joe�s business career started early - as a schoolboy waking at 5 a.m. to cook, wait and bus tables and perform maintenance tasks at the family�s motel in Jarratt, Virginia. Joe earned a bachelor�s degree in business administration with concentration in computer information systems from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.
