Senior Vice President, Human Resources Usaj is responsible for leading all aspects of global human resources, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee training and development and safety. Joe's background includes experience in private and public companies such as Phillips, GE and Consolidated Natural Gas. He graduated from Cleveland State University in 1977 with a B.A. in Psychology. He is a native Clevelander and resides with his family in South Russell. |
